This document discusses redefining enterprise software design. It addresses three enterprise design challenges: 1) Scaling the design for large organizations, 2) Ensuring accessibility, and 3) Designing for long shelf life as desktop operating systems evolve. It also busts three common myths about enterprise software: that users don't expect good design, it must be complex/utilitarian, and that more features equals more sales. The presentation concludes that enterprise software should be human-centered, scalable, and prioritize usability over features.
