only for admin?
Deposit payment can be

which customer group
will be able to enjoy

deposit payment label name as well as

8. How admin can create Fixed
Instalment plans?
In this field, the admin can enter the
number of instalments in which he wants
the buyer to complete the payment.
If the admin selects deposit payment type as “Fixed Instalment payment”, then he will be guided towards setting
the down payment amount, payment plan(monthly, weekly or daily). The admin will also be able to charge down
payment amount as a fixed value or a percentage of product price.

Selecting “Flexi Layaway Plan” will
break up product price into “x”
equal amounts depending on the
“number of instalments” that the
admin have set earlier. The customer
will have that many instalment

(monthly/weekly/daily).

11. How admin can allow/disallow “full
payment” option?
Setting this to “NO” will not
allow the customer to checkout
by paying full amount for a
product.

12. How admin can enable surcharge
options?

option to add single
surcharge or
multiple surcharge.
The surcharge can
be calculated as a
fixed amount or
percentage of
product price.

13. Setting “Maximum Credit Limit”
The store admin can set a value in this field. The customers will not be able
to place deposit payment orders whenever they exceed this credit limit. A
message can also be crafted by the admin for the customers who have a
credit limit more than this pre set value. This message will be displayed
whenever they attempt to place deposit payment order after crossing their
credit limit.

14. Discount Calculation settings
The store admin apply discounts
to products. Discounts can be
applied as a fixed amount or as a
percentage of product price.
The admin has to enter the value
of discount to be applied in this
field..
The admin can only apply discounts when deposit payment
feature is applied to pre-order out of stock products.
The discount, shipping, tax
charges can be added to the down
payment amount or can be
deducted equally from remaining
installments. This feature is
available only when deposit
payment feature is applied to the
whole cart.

15. The store admin has the option to allow deposit payment facility to buyers only when
they have purchased products worth a minimum amount. This minimum amount can
be defined by the admin in this field in the backend admin panel.
Keeping this field blank or setting it to zero
will apply deposit payment to all orders
irrespective of order amount.

16. Apply Deposit payment product
specifically
The admin can navigate to the catalogue section and click on “Edit” for the desired
product. This will redirect him to a page where he will be able to apply deposit
payment features exclusively for that product.

All deposit payment orders are available in a backend grid
wherefrom the admin can edit and update the status of
individual orders.

Admin can enable/disable the option of sending emails and

• “x” days before the instalment payment due date
• Order Confirmation
• Stock availability email
