 2. Replace the "Add to Cart" button as per "Pre-Order".
 3. Replace "Stock Availability" status on product page as per "Pre Order".
 4. Display custom stock status on the product page.

 6. Pre-Order functionality can work on product page, product listing page and category
page.
 7. Pre-Order message can be displayed on Shopping Cart page.

 10. Order Status, whether it is Pre-Order or Normal Order is displayed on Sales Order
