Personal reference for Subhadeep Biswas
This letter is my personal recommendation for Subhadeep Biswas. Until just recently, I have been
Subhadeep’s Manager. I found him to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and
a smile.
Besides being a joy to work with, Subhadeep is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas
and communicate the benefits.
Subhadeep is highly organised, motivated and determined. He has brought his considerable experience
and project management discipline to the transformation of the BW Architecture for Department for
Transport. He has successfully proposed several SAP-BW Architecture plans for the Department that have
resulted in increased Efficiency of SAP-BW. During his short tenure, we saw an increase in performance of
the BW System. The new System Performance was a direct result of the plans implemented by Subhadeep.
Throughout his working time with the Department Subhadeep has consistently sought out benefits that
could be gained from exploiting the synergies between SAP ERP and BW systems. This has brought
increased efficiency and identified areas for improvement which he followed through to completion as part
of the project. In addition, Subhadeep has aided our customer experts to reach solutions to their problems.
A particular area to single out is in the field of DFT VAT Report; where Subhadeep has used his customer
liaison skills, accountancy, systems and business knowledge to assist customer and to guide them in the
right direction to reach a best practice solution. Strong analytical and problem solving skills allied with
project management disciplines ensured a successful delivery of his part of the overall complex report.
Subhadeep contributed significantly to the overall team strategic development. A proactive member of the
team who works well with others and has good management skills. His influence on others in the team has
been a positive one and his professionalism and willingness to take on new challenges with regard to
General ledger, Account Payables, Account receivables InfoCubes has been an example for others to
follow.
I highly recommend Subhadeep. He is a team player and makes a great asset to IBM.
