Health care services have been and will be one of the service business
needed by the whole world at all time.
This business modal will be narrowed down to oral health care services
which will be based in Malaysia.
The oral health care services in Malaysia have been divided generally in
three categories:-
A-Specialize Oral Health Care Services
B-General Oral Health Care Services
C-High End Oral Health Care Services
This proposal targets on general oral health care services especially
targeting medium to low income people.
The location of this clinic will be in urban outskirts and suburban areas.
PROBLEM
1. To find investors with criteria's stated below:-
-Dentist
-Own a clinic
-Passion in corporate world
2. To find clinics in suburban area to be bought over
3. To remarket clinic bought over under My Dentys Group
4. To grow and sustain My Dentys Group

1. Invite family and close friends who are dentist ad owns a clinic
2. To divide and conquer, travel around Malaysia to find for dental
clinics at suburban areas
3. Marketing via various CSR project under Rotary Clubs, Lions Clubs
and etc.

Board of Directors-Investors and required to be dentist with management
skills (JV)
Chief Executive Officer-Senior dentist who is able to manage General KPI,
Come with new marketing ideas and growth of company
Chief Operating Officer dentist, who will be focusing on clinic operations,
will be handling at least 10 clinics under him/her. Will report directly to CEO
Person in Charge- qualified registered dentist in charge of clinic he is
assign to. Able to perform all treatment with good public relation. Report
directly to COO.
Locum Associate- Will be hired as part time to work in clinics is PIC is on
leave or absent. Responsible to conduct basic dental treatment.
Dental Surgical Assistance- Report directly to PIC, able to asset dentist,
manages patient date and manages clinic basic needs.
FINANCIAL PROJECTION
Start up 3 clinics own by the investors – No start-up capital needed
2nd year- additional of 3 clinics-
RM100000.00 x 3 =RM 300000.00
Profit from each clinic expected RM5000.00/month, RM5000.00 x 6 clinic x
12 month=RM360000.00
Use of RM300000.00 from profit to buy over another 3 clinic for 3rd year and
RM60000.00 divided equally for 3 investors.
3rd year-9 clinics, RM5000.00 x 9 clinics x 12 months=RM540000.00
Use of RM300000.00 from profit to buy over another 3 clinic for 4th year and
RM240000.00divided equally for 3 investors.
4th year-12 clinics, RM5000.00 x 12 clinics x 12 months=RM720000.00
Use of RM300000.00 from profit to buy over another 3 clinic for 5th year and
RM420000.00 divided equally for 3 investors.
5th year-15 clinics, RM5000.00 x 15 clinics x 12 months =RM900000.00
Use of RM300000.00 from profit to upgrade all the 15 clinics and
RM600000.00 divided equally for 3 investors.
Breakdown of profit to investors
1st year- Non
2nd year-RM60000.00
3rd year-RM240000.00
4th year-RM420000.00
5th year-RM600000.00
Total profit=RM1320000.00
Profit for each investors =RM1320000.00/3=RM440000.00/investor
Note the purchase of clinics and upgrading was placed at maximum value,
thus profit range might alter.
CURRENT STATUS
1. One business partner is fulfilling criteria found
2. Own clinic is under construction and will be one of the investor
3. Awaiting family member who is a dentist to join the business
FINANCIAL SOUGHT
1. 1st capital are profit from existing clinic to buy over other clinics
2. Use profit from clinics bought over to purchase new clinics
3. The cycle continue till 5 Years target is meet
4. On 5th year profit will be used to upgrade the clinics
5. New business cycle will be purposed based on that current condition
