officials and other staff in the office as well as factory.

Findings
Company monopoly market in ACSR cable and signaling cable.
Company is concentrating on quality and therefore their product has 100% quality.
Customer satisfaction regarding the Traco Cables products is good.
Safety measures are taken and each employee is well equipped.
Employees both in the rank and under ranked are decently paid.
Company is one of the two manufactures of Telephone Cables in India and the only one in the
whole of South India.
Company first perceived the opportunity of producing Jelly Filled Telephone cables.
Company is the major supplier to the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB).
Company have received the certificates of ISO and BIS for its high quality products.
Suggestions
Company can take initiative for exporting to other countries.
Quality of the product should be maintained and improved.
Update itself according to new technologies in the market to maximize quality production.
New Sales promotion technique should be adopted thereby increase the sales.
More investments to be made in Research and development.
Company should utilize the railways to transport its materials.
Company should appoint more qualified employees so that new methods can be implemented
easily.
Power recreational facilities are to be improved.
Company should try to extend the market to other region also.
