This document summarizes how two business owners were inspired by Tony Hsieh and the culture at Zappos to transform the culture at their own bar business. After researching Zappos' culture-first approach, they worked to build a better culture at their bar by focusing on employees, valuing their feedback, and making work enjoyable.
