This document contains a design for riverbank protection along the Rio Mayo river. It presents a cross section design for a 43 meter stretch that includes gabion walls, reno mattresses, riparian wattles, and vegetation. Hydraulic calculations are shown for a discharge of 0.1 cubic meters per second including cross sectional area, wetted perimeter, hydraulic radius, velocities, and flow regime. The design is subcritical along the entire stretch.

Flood duration in hours, representing the time assumed for the flood occurrence. site conditions, such as frequency and duration of the event, variations in the
cross section geometry, type of flow regime induced by upstream or downstream reaches. Therefore they should be intended as general indication, aiming to the
