3. Why the color(s)?
• I chose to have my picture be mostly black
and white for the purpose of simplicity, but I
chose to fill the lightning bold with yellow
because it conveys a somewhat happy and
artsy feeling, along with the fact that lightning
is usually portrayed as yellow.
• I chose to use a lightning bold because it
represents my family’s “legacy.”

4. Why the shape(s)?
• I chose to use a triangle of sorts because my
personality shape is a triangle. Although, I
didn’t want it to be JUST a triangle so I
decided to leave it open-ended.

6. Why the quote?
• I chose this quote by Walt Disney because I
am a huge Disney fan, and thought that there
could be an abundance of pictures to fit this
quote.

7. Why the picture?
• I chose this picture not only because I thought
that it was adorable, but also because it
seemed to be a good representation of my
quote. I didn’t think that people’s
imaginations would generally go to animals
when reading that quote, so I like how the
end result would be a little different then
most people might expect.

8. Why the font?
• I chose the font because to me it seems
somewhat dreamy, and the text talks about
dreaming. Also, it could be somewhat
associated with kids, which I thought was
fitting to the picture and the idea that
anything can be achieved if you just believe.

• I chose the font color because yellow, red and
turquoise are my three favorite colors
together. I wanted colors that would stand
out against the black and white image as well.
