Lena Anderson designed a logo and poster and provides explanations for the design elements. For the logo, she chose the colors orange and blue because orange represents being helpful and abundant while blue is complementary. She selected a horse shape to represent power and freedom and a circle to represent being empathetic. For the poster, she chose an inspirational quote and photo of Mt. Rainier, which she enjoyed visiting as a child. She selected fonts and font colors like black and purple that complemented the photo and conveyed her intended message that everyone is worth it.

• It’s a quote that I remember everyday, and
always look to it as a blessing. And it can be
inspiring to those who might not feel worth it
when the truth is… You are worth it!

• I always loved going to Mt. Rainer when I was
a kid.

• I felt that black went really well with the
picture and where I placed the quote.
