Navneet Roy Grover declares a gift of a specified amount through a cheque to his son Hitesh Grover out of love and affection. Navneet admits that Hitesh will be the full and legal owner of the gifted money and that Navneet will have no further claim to the money. Hitesh Grover then accepts the gift of the specified amount through the cheque from his father Navneet Roy Grover.

1. (A) Declaration of Gift
I Navneet Roy Grover S/o Sh. Atam Prakash age 62 Years resident of 64,
Rajendra nagar Alwar( Raj) (here in after reffered to as the DONOR) do hereby declare:-
1- That I have voluntarily made a gift of Rs. ____________ in Words
_________________________ through an account payee’s crossed Cheque No.
___________ of Dt. ___________ (This Cheque has been issued from my S.B.
A/c No ______________ of SBI Alwar to Mr. Hitesh Grover son of Mr Navneet
Roy Grover age 21 Years resident of 64, Rajendra Nagar Alwar (Raj) referred to
as the DONEE. As Shri Hitesh Grover (Donee) is my son hence this gift to him
due to my (donor’s) love and affection towards the Donee.
2- That amount of gift has been given out of my accumulated amount of pension and
pensionery benefits in the aforesaid S.B. Account.
3- That I here by admit that the donee will be full and absolute legal owner of that
gifted money the donee will be free to use that said gifted amount as per his own
will. Now I donor hereby declare that I have hereforth no right title or interest of
any nature what so ever in the said gifted amount which amount is gifted to donee
as mentioned in this gift deed.

my father Shree Navneet Roy Grover (Doner) and I hereby accept the above gift of Rs
