This document is a Deed of Sale with Assumption of Mortgage between a Vendor/Assignor and Vendee/Assignee for the sale and transfer of ownership of a vehicle. It details the consideration amount paid, identifies the vehicle being sold by make, type, year, VIN numbers, and plate number. It also transfers the Vendor's loan obligations and responsibilities for the vehicle to the Vendee, with the Vendee assuming payment of remaining liabilities to the lender. The Vendee agrees to hold the Vendor harmless from any future claims or liabilities involving the vehicle.

assumes such obligations and undertakes to pay the liabilities contracted by the

That the VENDEE/ASSIGNEE shall hold the VENDOR/ASSIGNOR free and harmless from
any claims or liability which may arise from the sale of said vehicle, including damages to the vehicle
and/or to third parties which may arise from any untoward incident involving the vehicles as a result of
