Deciding which school-wide instructional strategies to focus on and implement during a given school year can be a difficult challenge. In selecting a strategy or strategies as focal points, allow teachers to brainstorm and/or identify a laundry list of high yield instructional strategies. Teachers may use a decision-making matrix as a tool for collecting and analyzing data prior to making a decision on which instructional strategies to focus on.
