Emily Doane was a student at Marshall University studying business marketing and advertising. She had a passion for sports and was involved in many activities from a young age. She dreamed of working for a professional football team after graduation and wanted to build a home where she could raise children and own horses. Though she died young, she is survived by her family and friends who ensure her spirit lives on.

was
a
student
at
Marshall
University

marketing
and
advertising,
she
was
a
intern
for
the
Marshall
athlete
program.
One
of
Emily’s
many
passions
was
sports
in
her
life;
she
did
everything
from
dance,
gymnastics,
basketball.
Volleyball,
soccer,
and
swimming;
she
later
became
a
lifeguard
and
swim
coach.
If
she
where
still
alive
she
would
want
to
work
for
a
professional
football
once
she
graduated
college.
She
would
have
wanted
to
live
somewhere
that
she
could
build
her
own
home
and
raise
her
children,
she
wanted
to
be
able
to
have
enough
room
to
own
horses
and
bulls.
She
is
survived
by
her
mother
and
father,
and
he
furry
pets
Domino
the
cat,
and
her
dogs
Bronco,
Blue,
Poopy,
Max,
and
Durango.
She
also
leaves

a
loving
and
supporting
family,
friends,
and
boyfriend.
She
may
be
gone
but
her
spirit
will
live
on
because
no
one
can
extinguish
the
flame
that
was
inside
of
her.
