I am a highly motivated, customer focused and innovative Delivery Manager. I have
over 20 years of experience in the communications industry and a history of good
feedback around managing and meeting expectations and risks/issue resolution routed
in a focus on delivery. I enjoy mentoring team members and imparting my experience
with formal training and informal project support. I am comfortable working with all
business types and sizes on a variety of different types of products in the corporate
areas such as Managed Service, Private Data Links, Mobex Systems and Fixed Line

Highlights of Achievements
Owning the design and education for Data Links ensuring the Delivery Management
team gained competency through training workshops, which I designed and delivered
as well as an on-going mentoring programme available for all data related projects.
This resulted in full data link competence across the 10 member team ahead of an
increase in Data Link orders.
Successful management of the delivery of a unique tablet rollout resulting in quarterly
target achievement for Telefonica, and essential communications for 2000 Marie
Curie nurses. In addition, writing a case study of the project for the rest of the team to
learn from as part of continual improvement and shared learning across sales and
service.
Consulting on a Mobex project with the BBC I had to ensure their users could use
both their Vodafone solution with the O2 solution simultaneously. I brought together
engineers and facilitated workshops which encouraged out of the box thinking in a
tight time frame. Through this approach we found a solution which resulted in
connectivity for 10,000 users through both O2 and Vodafone systems. In addition the
bid teams are able to use this new technology to win and retain business.

• Delivery of the porting, on boarding and migration of large and complex mobile
and fixed deliveries for businesses of all sizes and sectors ranging from
small/medium enterprises to Multinational Blue-chip companies with 95%+

the Delivery Management team are equipped to deliver regardless of the
challenges to them.

I enjoy spending time with my family. To relax I play Hockey and coach children in
the sport, lift weights and run. I recently required an allotment and like to get outside
and gain from the experience of other allotment holders. I also have a keen interest in
nutrition and health and fitness in general. In my spare time I am also trying to learn
to speak Spanish.
