Day to night using Adobe After Effects

Hue = -70 Master Light= 0
I don’tlike thiseditasI thinkthatI have reducedthe hue so much thatit almostlooksblackandwhite andtherefore
unrealisticforwhat the nighttime reallylookslike.

Hue = -40 Master Light= -22
I like thistestasthe colours(e.g.of myactors coat etc.) still show upand itdoesn’tlookblackandwhite,howeverI
don’tthinkthat itis quite darkenoughtobe completelyrealistic,butthisisthe mostaccurate of all of the teststhat I
have done.

Hue = -50 Master Light= -18
Whenchangingfromday to night,I adda blue tinttothe filmtomake itlooklike the reflectionof the moonand
make it lookrealistic,howeverIthinkthatthere istoo much blue addedtothisone so itdoesn’tgive the illusionof
the moon,it justlooks unrealistic.

I alsoreallylike thistestasitdoesn’tlookblackandwhite butit doeslookdark,the skyin the backgroundstill looks
white butwhenInow knowthatwhenI filmmyreal piece thenIwill have totry and avoidfilmingthe sky.
