Specification of Antistatic Raised Flooring –FS 800
1) Tile :- 600 x 600 x 35mm
2) Type :- FS800
3) Concentrated Load :- 360 Kg

5) Finish :- Top covering with high pressure antistatic hot
pressed laminate, factory finished in universal
white with grey streamlet pattern. Edge binding
with black conductive PVC beading.
6) Tile :- All Steel construction & cavity filled with cement
slurry & epoxy. Top plate of 0.80mm thickness,
Bottom plate of 0.80mm thickness with powder
coating & spot welded to the top plate in the
round embossing present in the bottom plate for sturdily.
7) Pedestal:- All steel construction zinc plated pedestal
with round pipe of 2mm thickness, the head of
the pedestal is of 75mm x 75mm x 3mm thickness with
threaded bolt & nut for level adjustment.
The bottom plate of the pedestal is 100mm x100mm x 2mm.
8) Stringer:- Stringers of 0.8mm thick rectangular shape
of Size 22 x 26 x 573mm in length with
2 holes on either side for fixing of screws.

Insulation to provide performances
Typically, dry wall system comprises of
galvanized steel stud frames lined with
gypsum, cement or calcium silicate
boards on each sides of the frames.
However, to provide performances to
the dry wall partition such as acoustic,
thermal and fire properties,
non-combustible stone wool insulation
is employed inside the cavity of the wall
system. ThermalRock S range of stone
wool insulation provides the ideal solution
as it is designed to give a perfect fit within
the wall frames. Dry wall partition with
ThermalRock S can achieve up to STC 56
sound transmission value with varying
configurations of the dry wall system.
This is due to its excellent sound absorption
properties that effectively reduce sound
attenuation across the cavity.
