Introduction
An E-Portfolio is an online compilation of documents that are flexible and based on evidence that the
students have been involved in throughout these past 18 weeks of study. It is a continuous reflection of
their own learning, the progress of their achievement on knowledge, technical and generic skills as well as
personal, academic and career development planning. Additionally, it shows people your reflective
capacity, telling people your current status and future plan. Letting people know you are a lifelong learner.

Objectives of Assignment
The objectives of this project are as follows:
• To reflect on all learning outcomes and Taylors’ Graduate Capabilities for this module.
Learning Outcomes of this Class Assignment
• To demonstrate the ability to reflect on your work.
• To communicate the relevant ideas in a clear and logical manner, complete with the appropriate
academic English.
• To share your educational experiences.
• To create a dynamic resume.
Tasks - Methodology
Your tasks are as follows:
a) Prepare a reflective entry for each graded assignment by answering the following questions:
i) Aims and accomplishments:
Do you know the intended learning outcomes (LO) of each assignment?
Can you identify the right attitude and practical ways to achieve these outcomes / goals?
ii) Reflection:
Having completed the module, what are your overall reflections? Have you identified your
strengths and weaknesses? What learning strategies have been proven effective? What
areas can be further improved?
b) Upload three to five photos or any other appropriate media and provide a brief description for about
150 – 200 words to explain on the learning process for the following:
i) Compare Contrast essay
ii) Research assignment & Presentation of Report.

  • 1.   1     SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE, BUILDING & DESIGN Research Unit for Modern Architecture Studies in Southeast Asia Foundation of Natural Build Environment (FNBE) English 2 [ELG 30605] Prerequisite: English 1 Lecturer: Cassandra Wijesuria _____________________________________________________________________ Assignment 3 Individual work. Students to reflect on the learning process of all assignments LO As stated in the Module Outline 10% Online reflective journal. Deadline: digital submission: Monday – Friday (Week 17) Introduction An E-Portfolio is an online compilation of documents that are flexible and based on evidence that the students have been involved in throughout these past 18 weeks of study. It is a continuous reflection of their own learning, the progress of their achievement on knowledge, technical and generic skills as well as personal, academic and career development planning. Additionally, it shows people your reflective capacity, telling people your current status and future plan. Objectives of Assignment The objectives of this project are as follows: • To reflect on all learning outcomes and Taylors’ Graduate Capabilities for this module. Learning Outcomes of this Class Assignment • To demonstrate the ability to reflect on your work. • To communicate the relevant ideas in a clear and logical manner, complete with the appropriate academic English. • To share your educational experiences. • To create a dynamic resume. Tasks - Methodology Your tasks are as follows: a) Prepare a reflective entry for each graded assignment by answering the following questions: i) Aims and accomplishments: Do you know the intended learning outcomes (LO) of each assignment? Can you identify the right attitude and practical ways to achieve these outcomes / goals? ii) Reflection: Having completed the module, what are your overall reflections? Have you identified your strengths and weaknesses? What learning strategies have been proven effective? What areas can be further improved? b) Upload three to five photos or any other appropriate media and provide a brief description for about 150 – 200 words to explain on the learning process for the following: i) Compare Contrast essay ii) Research assignment & Presentation of Report.

Has 2 or more elements wrong. Has 1 element wrong. Follows all punctuation, spacing, margin requirements. Quotations made correctly. REFLECTIONS Has 3 or more elements wrong. Has 2 or more elements wrong. Has 1 element wrong. All sections correctly identified. Each section has all the relevant information appropriate to the section. MULTIMEDIA Does not satisfy length requirements. Provides at least two details to support information. Provides 2 or more details using at least 2 methods. Addresses most of the areas that should have been covered. Shows that adequate information is complete. Addresses all the areas that should have been addressed. EASE OF NAVIGATION Significant problems with navigation, broken links. Some of the portfolio navigation links and some do not. Most of the portfolio links connect back to the Home page All the portfolio links connect to the appropriate website without any issues. LAYOUT AND TEXT ELEMENTS Difficult to read, spacing used is inappropriate to read, diminishes the readability of the text Often difficult to read in some places, including background colour.
