The World Heart Federation aims to promote cardiovascular health worldwide. Its vision is for every person to have a right to cardiovascular health and well-being. The Federation works with global health agencies to advocate for reducing premature deaths from heart disease and stroke by 25% by 2025 and 30% by 2030. It coordinates its members and partners to support national plans and prevention strategies. The Federation also organizes global summits, publishes research, and works to address rheumatic heart disease through advocacy and policy initiatives.
