Become a brand superhero
Attend tradeshows, conferences in that industry..
Tbex, traverse, WTM, ATM, STS Hamburg, Travel Massive (Manchester and London chapters)
That one show or event out of the office is worth more than a days researching…
Become an ideas machine
Better to bring 20 ideas and go away with 2 or 3 or coming up with 3 or 4 and going away with nothing and then going back it wastes time
And clients don’t be scared to embrace new ideas
