This document outlines a four-phase process for data-driven dialogue: 1) Participants predict survey results on standards and questions, rating agreement levels. 2) Teams visualize the survey data in graphics. 3) Participants objectively observe and record statements about direct facts from the data. 4) For each observation, participants infer meanings or questions raised, and discuss patterns, surprises, and new questions from the data.
