This document outlines the bill payment process for a client organization. The process begins when a bill is sent to the client and received as a document. Client and service information is then retrieved from a database to generate the bill by wing. The bill is checked and payment is received from the One Stop Service center. Reports are generated and viewed by administration and head office for oversight of the process.
