This document summarizes an AirBnB data analytics project. It involved downloading data, cleaning null values and duplicates, analyzing outliers, and visualizing the data. Key findings include that Manhattan is the most popular but also most expensive borough for rentals, entire home/apartments are the most popular property type, and Staten Island has the fewest rentals. Tools used included Pandas and data was from a dummy AirBnB dataset.

9. Manhattan is so crowded and the most favourite borough to rent
properties, because it becomes the highest rented properties
borough, slightly more than Brooklyn.
Meanwhile, Staten Island is unfavourite, because of low amount
rented properties.

10. Entire home/apt is the most favourite room type, slightly better than Private
Room. People consider Entire home/apt as a best option in rented properties.
Meanwhile, Shared room is the most unfavourite room. Most people don’t
really like to share room each other.

● AirBnb needs to build not only lower budget, good facilities properties
but also located near city center. Because Manhattan is located in city
center, and have lots of apartment, despite its expensive cost
