This role was a temp role to help with the migration of the old system over to the new one in house.

Oct 2014 to Aug 2015 Remote Helpdesk Technician
Balreed Digitec, Maidstone
I left this role as the company wanted to get an IT helpdesk in house initially which I was going to be a part of but they
couldn’t do it due to the field engineers not having enough experience in IT.
Key Achievements:
● Acting as the first point of contact for customers within assigned country territory on multiple technical
issues, including; troubleshooting software issues, setting up scan to folder/email functionality and setting up
print drivers – dealing with over 300 tickets and consistently hitting personal targets
● Providing remote support through telephone and TeamViewer and monitoring related hardware and
automation functions to ensure service continuity at all times
July 2014 to Oct 2014 IT Support Engineer
Fleet MPS, London
The Reason I left this role was due to the cost of travel and time lost because of it.
Key Achievements:
● Taking a pro-active approach to the strategic development/direction of the service delivery at Fleet, involving;
ideas development, forward planning, problem solving and resolution and the focussing of service objectives
● Remotely supported customers on multi-functional printer setup including all configurations, such as network
setup, and fixing hardware issues - (printers and client’s PC)

consumables, such as toner and drums
