• Operating service formalities in a fine dining environment.
• To provide exceptional waiting service or counter service to customers and
Whitehall / Parliament Staff Members.
• To provide a professional, pro-active and friendly customer service within
food and drink.
• To efficiently take, produce and serve correctly, customers’ orders.
• Contribute to the production, desserts and drinks and other menu items.
• To prepare and clear tables, whilst ensuring customer expectations are
exceeded.
• Develop good rapport and service with the private members of the private
dining Club.
