4. VISION
Our vision could be simply put across as being
value centric, vibrant, dynamic, to educate and
make a difference, to keep embarking on a more
meaningful mission, to keep pace with the
growing global educational requirements and to
ensure continuous blooming of our temple of
excellence.
5. VALUE CENTRICITY
STUDENT’s OUTLOOK TOWARDS TEACHERS
SHOULD IDEALLY BE :- Some one, whom, one holds in the highest
esteem, looks up in awe as scholars, respects, and gets a firm yet
compassionate acknowledgement when one deserves.
6. VALUE CENTRICITY
STUDENT – TEACHER RELATIONSHIP.
EXISTING TODAY :- This has seen a large transition since yester
years. A transition not for the good, wherein the element of respect for
the teachers, has faded away to make way for a extra cordial
relationship, and this in turn has resulted in killing the very fiber
which connected the student to the teacher.
7. VALUE CENTRICITY
STUDENT’s OUTLOOK TOWARDS STUDIES
“Tunnel Vision”, where the focus of studies is restricted
towards a singular profession, and not a wider horizon, all
round personality development, capable of taking shots at
multiple professions with equal gusto and finesse.
8. VALUE CENTRICITY
EVOLUTION OF INSTITUTIONAL EDUCATION
Our country over the years has blossomed, to the current fine
reputed, and much talked about education systems the world over.
Ours has been recognized as a nursery which churns out scholars,
whose capabilities are better than the best, that the world has to offer.
Pinnacle, is the place that we stand today in this field.
10. BETTERMENT OF OUR EDUCATION
SYSTEM
De-motivated and under paid teachers. Very few tread this path.
Quality teachers hard to find.
CCE system, a step in the right direction.
Need to focus on improving our government schools and colleges.
Private schools over the past have proved their mettle. Let us not
forget that government schools and colleges contribute a much larger
share of education provision to the youth, the ratio simply could be
formatted at 3:1, and for this ratio, that much more effort. Steps in this
direction, have been taken by our Govt, RTE is one such step.
11. VALUE CENTRICITY
INVOLVEMENT OF PARENTS
Parents need to be as involved and responsible in the growth of the
child, as the school, if not more. Secondly, parents should not shelter
kids emotionally, but be forthright to correct him/her when wrong. We
are all here to produce confident, motivated, and self-sufficient young
citizens, and not over pampered chocolate cream babies.
12. INVOLVEMENT OF A TEACHER
A teacher's job encompasses far more than simply disseminating
content to passive listeners. In fact, an essential task for all good
instructors is motivating students to value their education and pursue
knowledge on their own. By stimulating curiosity and transferring
useful problem-solving skills, a successful teacher can turn a
reluctant pupil into a life-long learner. To help students in the class
and beyond, create a positive, interactive environment in which
students feel interested and valued.
13. MAKE A PERSONAL CONNECTION
The initiative / advantage to take the first step in making a personal
connect, lies with the teacher and only the teacher rather than the
taught. The key to a smooth “take off” in the teaching and learning
process lies in this very initiative. Easier said than done, but this
personal connect comes or stems from a foundation made up of a
rock solid trait of a teacher, and that is “DEDICATION”/
”COMMITMENT”. Once connected there are no connection failures in
this erstwhile connectivity.
14. FOSTER A COOPERATIVE ATMOSPHERE
Education system today, is not a sieve where one
separates the husk from the grain, but is an institution
where qualities of both, the husk and the grain are
nurtured. In today’s world, remember, while the grain can
be sold, its only the husk, that can be can be re-cycled.
The point we would like to drive home, is to encourage
group task, where each and every one gets an opportunity
to chip-in as per ones capability, thereby, breeding in a
cooperative atmosphere, which is filled with enthusiasm
of the weak ones. This value instilling formula cannot be
done away with, at any cost.
15. EXPRESS PASSION TO IGNITE PASSION
Without passion one cannot be a learner. As the old saying goes “You can
take the horse to the water but you cannot make him drink”. Here again,
the initiative lies with the teacher. A tired, monotonous and not interested
teacher will set in the same feeling into the ones being taught, vis-à-vis a
teacher who is fuelled with energy and wisdom, will ignite an atmosphere
of “wanting more to learn” and participation. Dynamic scholars as
teachers, is the need of the day, unfortunately very few walk this path, and
for that reason very difficult to find.
16. VALUE CENTRICITY
IDEAL EDUCATION SYSTEM
The CCE grading system put into place by the CBSE Board under
aegis of Govt of India, HRDC, harbors in itself a system designed for
an overall development of a child, rather than just bookish knowledge.
To this The Badhani School believes in working towards building an
educational system, “WHERE THE WISDOM OF THE PAST, IS
BLENDED WITH THE DESIRES OF THE FUTURE, TO MAKE THE
PRESENT BLOOM”.
17. VALUE CENTRICITY
FUTURE READINESS
In our profession one has to keep pace with the growing global
educational requirements. Keeping abreast with the current world
educational requirements, and providing the same to the students
with minimum time lag, would be our idea of a future ready School.
We in our School have incorporated education through Smart Classes
since the Yr 2010.
We have dedicated trained Staff to teach students requiring Learning
Support (LS).
Shaping our dream into reality, and achieving standards set out by us
have been the high points in our School. Furthermore, being asked by
The University of Western Illinois, Macomb, USA, for
collaboration/affiliation with our School, put our achievements a
couple of notches higher, than what we had set out for.
