platforms that keep you in a place for a long time,
the more damage you do to your brain.
Enjoying Sedentary Lifestyle
When individuals sit for long periods, they are
always prone to having lower back pain, neck
pain, and many more. To avoid these, it is
best to put the body under intense exercise.
The Level Of The Sugar You Consume
Sugar, when consumed beyond reasonable
amounts, can slow down the functions of our
brains. Memory can be hindered, thereby
making the retention of information very
difficult.
The Importance Of Drinking Water
he moment you take less water, you become so
dehydrated, and the body functions are affected.
Water has a major role in determining the health of
individuals. Therefore, it is important to drink at
least two litres of water in a day.
Keep Wholesome Company
Having good human relationships with great people
is also important for healthy brain functionality.
Human beings are naturally made to interact within
their social environment.
Your Sleep And You
You need to sleep for at least 6 hours a day,
go to bed early, take a nap during the day if
possible. This keeps your brain fit and helps
you to function in your best state.
Loud Music
Music is good because it is the soul’s food and
teaches many lessons apart from its
entertainment power. However, it can damage
the brain when the noise level is high, especially
if headphones are not well controlled.
