The document describes the purchase order and sales order modules of a business portal application. The purchase order module allows employees to create purchase orders that are approved by the admin and accounts team. It provides purchase order tracking. The sales order module allows employees to request sales orders that must be approved by the admin before invoices are sent to customers. Both modules have workflows for order creation, admin approval, and reporting.

 The Purchase Order Module provides complete purchasing
control to generate and track purchase orders.
 The Purchase Orders can be created directly by employee
to the admin .
 The Purchase Orders are Approved by Admin And
Accounts Team .
 If Admin requires any Clarification regarding PO then
He/she can reply to the purchase order that has been
created by user.

Employee creates the purchase order
Generate the new order Id - #10000
Get the purchase details from customer
After creating the PO,its send to admin
Quantity , Notes
Admin Can Verify the Order
Clarification required
Approval
Approval Mail Sent to Account Team

 Employee request that authorizes sale of the specfied
item(s) issued after admin approval .
 Approval items are considered as sales orders .
 Every sales order have separate invoice .

8. Sales Order Work Flow
Create new sales order
Select existing PO (or) put the new order details
After creating the sales order , Its send to admin
Admin can verify the sales order
Approval
Admin rejects the order with notes ,
Its should be sent to person who created it.
Go to accounts team and
send the invoice to customer.
