This document provides an agenda and information for an opinion essay assignment. It outlines that students will write a 3-paragraph opinion essay of at least 500 words on a chosen topic with no outside sources. It details that on Tuesday, students will brainstorm topics, write an introduction and thesis, get peer feedback, and complete an outline. Homework is to write and type the introduction and first body paragraph to bring to the next class. The next class will involve writing conferences, and the completed essays are due the Tuesday after Thanksgiving.
