pancreas, liver, kidneys, and intestine. Long-term issues include difficulty breathing

symptoms may include sinus infections, poor growth, fatty stool, clubbing of the

degrees of symptoms.

of fat, protein, dairy, fruits, and vegetables.
Protein: chicken, eggs, fish.
Zinc: spinach, liver, eggs and seafood. Zinc is important for staving off
infections.
Iron: tuna, lamb, seafood, eggs, beef, and
turkey.
Calcium: Dairy products, such as
high-fat yogurt,
whole milk, and high-fat cheese .
