The event included business updates, educational presentations, awards for top performing offices, and the announcement of fundraising goals for Operation Smile, the charity Cydcor supports. Three Cydcor executives also received promotions during the event. Attendees were encouraged to continue fundraising efforts for Operation Smile through a upcoming joint "Day of Smiles" fundraising event.
