This document outlines a three phase approach to building a platform to manage advertising accounts at scale:
1. The initial "Phase Zero" involves manual account management by experienced managers to learn processes before automating.
2. "Phase One" adds basic reporting and analysis automation to support around 300 accounts per manager.
3. "Phase Two" integrates the platform with other systems, builds an automated taxonomy for account creation, and allows management of around 500 accounts per manager.
4. "Phase Three" adds conversion tracking, manual and automated optimization, and can support over 1,000 accounts per manager. Each phase would take 1-6 months or more to complete and require increasing engineering resources.

What is Product Management and Why Should You CareIsaac Souweine
This document summarizes a presentation about product management. It begins with introductions and then discusses why early stage startups should care about product management. It explains that product managers at large companies run similar build-measure-learn cycles to startups but with more complexity due to large teams and stakeholders. It then outlines the key responsibilities of a product manager like understanding markets, strategizing, prioritizing features, analyzing data and ensuring builds. It concludes that while these responsibilities are relevant for startups, a formal product manager role may not always be necessary depending on a startup's size and structure, but that driving efficient build-measure-learn cycles is important.
