Interpersonal:
I have developed excellent interpersonal skills and am comfortable daily dealing with a range of
third parties for example:

Many of these individuals were not under my control, and had no any obligation to assist me –
making these skills especially important in getting the job done, day-by-day.
Problem solving:
My problem solving abilities are key to effectively meeting my present job requirements, for
example:
·Proposing and having seen implemented a so-called traffic light system to target defective
trailers (derived from food packaging). Trailers within a red list would need to be immediately
removed from service, whilst those on an amber list could be removed when business conditions
allowed.
·Identifying trailers that for business reasons have had to be used and so are likely to miss for
example PSV appointments and arranging others that can be presented in their place in as
timely a fashion as possible.

I possess good IT skills, with experience in Microsoft office, specifically access and excel.

I am a longstanding and respected member of a committee that runs a voluntary organisation of
which I am a member.
