Education and Professional experience:
1992. Finished secondary school in Belgrade
1992-1993. Fulfilled military obligation
1993. Admitted to the first year of studies at the Faculty of Traffics and Transportation,
University of Belgrade
1999. On 19 February, I graduated from the Faculty of Traffic and Transportation. The thesis
was awarded the higest mark – 10
1999. Enrolled post graduated studies at Faculty Traffics and Transportation, based on
management and new management tools.
2000-. I have been working in Public Enterprise “Post of Serbia". At the Public Enterprise
“Post of Serbia" I was engaged in many of projects:
• "Track and Trace" - postal items tracking in domestic sector; barcode readers
implementation, barcode printers implementation, web approach for
customers;
• "IPS" (International Postal System) - International postal items tracking,
connection with Track and Trace system, connection with other postal
operators;
• "Barcode implementation" – Implementation of barcode technology on most of
all postal items with new marks (parcel CC; value letter VV, registered letter
RR, post express items PE). This project was connected with implementation
of new technology (barcode readers PDT 7500, PDT 3100, LS 2208; barcode
printers Zebra, TEC; Datamax)
• "New telegram" – Creation and implementation of new telegram through
advancement of the same using present PosTneT network.
• "Software Te90" - Creation and implementation of new software for entering
data about telephone bills are paid or not paid.
• "AMQM" – Postal service improvement through new postal technology
(RFID).
• Quality of service working groupe – Definition and determination of new ways
for postal service improvement.
• PosTiS – Design, creation and implementation of new technology software.
This is biggest project in PTT Serbia.
• "The postman as movable counter" - Equipping specialized courier with
mobile handheld terminals, which enable offering of all services as well as a
post office. The ultimate goal is to close unprofitable post office.
• Full automation of postal items processing in Postal-logistics centers with
wireless bar code readers Motorola MT2070.
• Development of the "Rule book of the Protection of trade secrets and
confidential treatment of information."
• Implementation of ISO / IEC 27001: 2005 and ISO/IEC 9001.
Until now I have been doing follow jobs: writing procedures of work, working
procedures implementation, technology system control, process improvement with
modern quality and management tools, employees training, new technology
implementation (RFID), software testing, devices maintenance, postal network
improvement, vehicle fleet management, postal items tracking management,
collaboration with international partners, etc. Until 01.06.2010 I performed the duties
of head of department.
Other skills:
1999-2000. I attended eight's months seminar at the »Shane English School« in Belgrade (from
July 1999 till April 2000).
2001. I was in working visit in Canada Post (three weeks). During three weeks, I attended
Management Seminar. During this visit I met with modern management tools:
Process Management, Six Sigma, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC diagram, Work
Process Prioritization Matrix, Multivoting technique, Brainstorming technique, R-U-
M-B-A criteria, Control charts, C&E diagram, Flowchart, etc).
2003. I attended Seminar concerning Strategy, International Marketing and International
Business, Operational Excellence and Strategy in organization of Bled School of
Management.
2005. I announced dissertation defense at Faculty Traffics and Transportation (Post graduate
degree); thesis: "Process Management application in postal business". Using this
company-wide process improvement tool I have improved one of major process (postal
items manipulation and delivery) in postal sector, with focus on finding weak chains of
process quoted above and corrective activities implementation in order to improve
process.
2005. I attend QSF (Quality of Service Fund) Seminar concerning improving quality of
service through new project. Seminar was organized by UPU (Universal Postal Union).
2006. I defended dissertation at Faculty of Traffics and Transportation.
2006. I attended Seminar in Malta concerning quality of service improvement in postal
sector. Main goal was to learn how to implement UNEX and ACCORD II systems.
Also, I have learned about new ways to analyze and improve services quality in many
fields.
2006. I attended Seminar in Brussels, Belgium concerning Postal Tracking and Diagnostic
Monitoring. Main goal was to learn TQM (Total Quality Management) through
Automatic Mail Quality Measurement, Quality of Service Monitoring, Tracking of
Moving Assets, etc.
2008. I attended Seminar concerning EU funds and approaching to these funds (IPA,
TAIEX). The seminar was organized by EEG (“European Expert Group”). Main goal
was to get knowledge about how nominate some project for resources of these funds.
2011. I attended and successfully completed the training organized by the "EXCEL
PARTNERSHIP," which was held in Belgrade. I got a certificate of successful
completion of the training of "Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) /
Auditor-Lead Auditor Training Course (ISO / IEC 27001: 2005 Standard)." The
training was carried out by IRCA registered training course leading Auditor ISO / IEC
27001: 2005.
2013. I attended and successfully completed training EOQ CIST certification for ISO 27001
standard in the organization of "TQM KONSALTING" doo for consulting and
marketing, which was held in Belgrade. I got a certificate of successful completion of
the training of "Lead / External Auditor For Information Security Management
Systems ISO / IEC 27001: 2005". The training was conducted by RABQSA registered
training course leading Auditor ISO / IEC 27001: 2005.
