360-degree view of the customer / CRM implementation
Telprom d.o.o. , Ljubljana | 2008-2010
I was responsible for planning and executing the CRM and CMS projects. Management at Telprom d.o.o. wanted
to establish a system, which consists of a 360-degree view of the customer and to ensure that information about
the customers remained updated and accessible anywhere, anytime for any device. Together with Microsoft
Slovenia professionals and our IT team we created a new web site, using CMS DotNetNuke (MS open source CMS)
and established MS CRM and Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 for Intranet Sites Enterprise as the content
management system.
By developing a solution based on Microsoft solutions, they’ve improved efficiency in sales and marketing,
strengthened relationships with their partners and laid the foundation to enter in new markets. They also
improved the core business processes that face partners and customers.
Deploying MYPC and Print Management system in
Public Libraries in Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia
OSI s.p., Ljubljana | 1999 - present
As external consultant for Info Technology Supply Ltd. (UK) I was responsible for promoting and deploying MYPC
and Print Management system in Public Libraries in Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia. For this purpose I wrote the
guide – case study “Self-service Public Library”, where I introduced the first MYPC and Print management
implementation in Public Libraries in Slovenia. I also made the presentation for all public libraries in Slovenia at
the annual meeting of libraries in Bled, in October 2007.
Deploying AD infrastructure in Public Libraries in Slovenia
Ljubljana City Library, Slovenia | 2000-2008
At the end of the second millennium Public Libraries in Slovenia realized that as the organization had grown it
needed to improve communication between its departments and branches. The wide spread network of libraries
required better accessibility to its resources and needed to resolve problems more quickly. At this stage the libraries
ICT infrastructure was heterogeneously without any strategy or concept how to build and maintain the infrastructure
for e-business. A detailed business study of their ICT infrastructure across the entire library network was conducted
and it showed that the IT transformation addressed four major areas: communication Infrastructure, desktop
workstations, desktop applications and Management software. The aim of the IT transformation project was to
better support the business by offering faster problem resolution by setting up unified support tools and processes
and reducing overheads.
