Coskun   Soyer     is   a   specialist   with   about   25   years   experience   in   retail,   supply   chain,   logis7cs,   a8er   sales   (with   emphasis  on  value  added  services),  network   management   and   customer   rela7ons   management.   During  his  professional  career,  he  has  gained   experiences  and  has  managed  projects    for   interna7onal   companies;   Sony,   Renault,   Media  Saturn.   Since   2014,   he   works   as   a   freelance   consultant  for  various  companies.                                                            Performed  sales-­‐marke7ng   ac7vi7es   on   the   B2B   plaXorm   of   Sony's   professional  products.  (1993-­‐1994) Different   responsibili7es   have   been   taken   in   various   departments   of     firm   from   1994   to   2007.  Some  important  projects  and  du7es  are;  Logis7cs  :  ensuring  efficient  service  of  spare   parts   warehouse,   In   this   scope,   re-­‐organiza7on   of   warehouse   approximately   50.000   m2,   construc7on   works,   designing   of   spare   parts   management   system,   using   of   distribu7on   routes   with   op7mum   efficiency,   working   with   IT   department   for   crea7ng   effec7ve   soPwares,   were   achieved.   Ac7ve   roles   have   been   undertaken   in   the   area   of   Authorized   Dealer  Management,  such  as;  regional  works,  corporate  iden7ty,  segmenta7on  of  dealers,   establishment  of  special  networks  for  aPer  sales  network,  etc…   (1994-­‐2007) Media   Saturn   Group   is   the   world's   2nd   largest   electronics  retail  chain  and  have  stores  in  Turkey   since  2007  with  the  “Media  Markt”  brand.  Coskun   worked   as   director   of   Logis7cs   -­‐   APer   Sales   -­‐   Customer  Service  and  Call  Center  departments.     Some  important  achievements  and  projects;  most   profitable   aPer-­‐sales   opera7on   via   value   added   services  (insurance  -­‐  extended  warranty  -­‐  add  on   services)   as   global   benchmark.   Managing   the   logis7cs   opera7on   as   profitable   and   produc7ve     department.  Established  the  first  call  center  of  the   group   with   prior   to   “customer   service”.   Importantly,  eCom  has  been  opera7onalised.     (2007-­‐2014)
