Position Held: Construction Supervisor, T002/3 for Morson at Tube lines.
Key Responsibilities:
 Ensure that works are prepared and undertaken each shift in accordance with required designs, specifications,
standards and HSQE requirements.
 Ensure that works on each shift do not take place without approved method statement, risk assessments/COSHH
assessments and design drawings in place.
 Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks against approved quality plans.
 Liaise with SPC and discuss any issues that need to be resolved. Toolbox talks and any additional training within the
workforce. Implemented good communication between workforce and management team regarding issues on site
 Focus on sense of urgency to complete the work within the timescale. This involves the ability to plan and organise
the work, decision making and problem solving on site.
 Keep construction night and day managers informed of any issues/problems that could impact safety, quality, cost or
