2. Take appropriate action to resolve identified discrepancies by completing approved
transactions to ensure that physical stock and system record tallies to avoid last minute non-
availability of spares / procurement of spares on AOG basis at extra cost.
Investigate to find root cause for any raised TOR / declared Ex-Store or damaged parts from
stores and proposed immediate solution to avoid re-occurrence in future.
Conduct frequent sample checks and develop improvement plans to ensure complete
optimization of the storage space by segregation of parts as per category and distribution of
inventory within the store as per issuance rate (fast moving spares) for easy to retrieve
criteria within shortest possible time.
Responsible for QR / QCAA / EASA / External CAA & other Airlines Audit.
Take immediate action on day to day basis to be always in regulatory compliance for storage
of spares in controlled environment.
As a proactive approach identify, propose & implement policies to be in compliance for all
Audits.
In case of any Audit finding, investigate and propose immediate solution.
Prepare and review risk assessment with HSE approval for current and any new area /
procedure to provide safe working operational environment.

Supervise and manage Material and Technical Tool Store of Aircraft Engineering Squadron, No
102 Air Engineering Depot. The Squadron is responsible to carry out Line and Base
Maintenance of various aircraft and overhaul of Alouette-III & MI-17 Helicopter.
I have complete understanding and working knowledge to oversee and control stores and
logistics operations / staff along with their daily activities with respect to assigned areas. Shift
handling over/ taking over of tasks, receipt, acceptance, binning, issue, dispatch, pre loading,
and return of materials to and from stores including tools and u/s materials related to
maintenance activities.
All relevant documentations are to be well kept and maintained electronic data.
Working knowledge and exposure of Pakistan Air Force automated supply chain management
system (ALMS) developed by IBM to control inventory similar to SAP (ERP).
Aviation Maintenance
