WORKING EXPERIENCE
1) Presently Working with Paras Buildtech India Pvt. Ltd.
“PARAS TRINITY” Sector-63, Gurgaon (Haryana) as Purchase - Executive from 07th March,
2013 to till date.
 Responsible for Managing the overall functioning of the store.
 Day to day operation of the store & ensure maximum profitability.
 Co-ordination with project for day to day work.
 procurement and contract management
 Organizing security and general administrative services
 Billing to vendors as well the Tenants as per the usage.
 Collection control – Collection of CAM, Electricity as per the Billing with in due date.
 Inventory Control preparation of store Code, specification as per department
standards.
2) Previously worked with Emaar MGF Construction Pvt. Ltd. at Commonwealth Games
Village Project, Delhi – As Administrator, including liaising and Co-ordination with Vendors
to Procure the Materials, through Manorma Man Power Service (Contractor) from
December.2005 to Feb.2013.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 To keep all the Master Plans, Maps, Elevations, CDs, Brochures in a proper manner also
ensure efficient filing and easy retrieval of all documents.
 Keeping track of all the incoming Drawings thereafter issue the same to the Contractor.
Updating Drawings Status.
 Maintaining Confidentiality by taking care of sensitive & secretive information pertaining
to Company.
 Helping HR activities viz. arranging interviews, short listing them and giving inductions.
 Maintaining appointment diary/monthly tasks/deadlines/targets calendars.
 Follow-up on day-to-day matter (both internally and externally), collate information and
present the same to the Head of the Department within the given time-frame.
 Working as a chain between staff & boss. Effective coordination with branch offices &
other respective departments.
 Coordinate with purchase dept. of office supplies and equipment, stationery printing and
mailing services.
 Prepare the indent as per site requirement. (Material’s)
 Received material and prepare the MRN & MIN.
 Maintain the DMR on daily basis received material & issued to contractor’s.
 Material stacking as per Requirement.
 Reconciliation of Material & Inventory.
 Properly checking the security log book.
 Same as Housekeeping.
 Ability to Lead Groups.
 Maintain the Petty Cash account
Record the all venders monthly billing and process them with account department.
