Assist in the managing of a portfolio of IT audits in an effective and efficient
manner with the resources allocated, to meet the required timelines. Assist IT
auditors in their development and career growth path.
- Compiling IT audit plans, executing the IT (GCR/ACR) audits, drafting
management letters and all related documentation for clients.
- Report on audit findings to auditees.
- Briefing managers, directors and partners on the progress on the audit.
- Attend Auditee Management meetings on progress of the audit.
- Ensure the delivery of high quality accurate and cost effective audits and
audit reports.
- Assigning areas to be audited to IT auditors
- Ensure that IT auditors are trained to perform audit work allocated to them.
- Ensure IT auditors are making progress on audit work allocated.
- Resolve obstacles to progress of IT auditors on audit work allocated.
- Review work of IT auditors.
- Completion of audit budget.
- Data analytics on the Costing, inventory, overheads and exchange buffer

opinions and conclusions so that all

audit and agreed to all audit findings that was raised
The clients were extremely satisfied with the quality of the report and
recommendation raised and formed action plans to rectify their internal control
deficiencies.
A limited GCR and ACR audit review was performed at Cape Grace Hotel and
after the close out meeting with the client the General Manager requested that
we come back the next financial year to perform a full GCR, ACR as well as
some data analytics. They also assured the team that budget for theses audit
will be made available.
