1. Team leader II at Shabakkat comp. From 02/06/2015 till now
Responsibilities:
 Mange the team in front of Shabakkat management andHuawei
Company.
 Masge the SLA and foucein KPI
 Follow up every case
 Mange the internal issues of the team such as if there are any
financial issues, car issues... etc.
 Raise the performance of the team
 Contact with the customer, contact with FO, BO, optimization team,
RM from Huawei and update him with all the cases and replay all his
email then follow all his rules.
 Dispatch the team to the sites and manage all activity (PM, CM, JV,
PAT,MDT,PLM ,supported cases)
 Mange the spare parts and contact with the spare parts department
(Huawei Company)
 Using WFMS & the OWS system to dispatch all WO for all activities to
the FLM
 Replay all emails from FO, BO, RM immediately.
 Answering the FO, BO, RM calls 24/7.
 Mange all permissions of the sites (Aramco, king Abdullah economy,
BSC-core network site… etc)
 Focus on the safety tools for the team and its one of the most
important rules of Shabakkat Company.
 We are following the Shabakkat roles and we respect the traffic
regulations to drive faster than 120km/hours (personal safety is
more important than our project)
 Using FMS & OWS to dispatch all WO to FMs
 Manage the vacation without any new cost
 Manage the cases between us and 3rd party
