Mange the internal issues of the team such as if there are any

Contact with the customer, contact with FO, BO, optimization team,
RM from Huawei and update him with all the cases and replay all his
email then follow all his rules.
Dispatch the team to the sites and manage all activity (PM, CM, JV,

Using WFMS & the OWS system to dispatch all WO for all activities to
