Philipo Fahamuel Mrutu is a Tanzanian agricultural economist pursuing his Bachelor's degree. He is the founder and CEO of the Tanzania Institutional Economics Development Foundation. Mrutu has extensive involvement in academic associations, including serving as the president of the United Nations Chapter at Sokoine University of Agriculture. He has participated in several conferences and workshops related to economics, agriculture, climate change, and sustainable development. Mrutu's research focuses on water use efficiency and sugar productivity in Kilombero Sugar Company plantations.
