7year experience in Saudi Arabia. commissioning, loop check and calibration projects, Maintenance
startup & shutdown activities. Hot cut over in Plants of Refineries, petrochemicals, Oil/gas and power

EXPERIENCE PROFILE AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Calibration of Instruments , Control valve, F & G System (Calibration Shop / Field/ Online /
Offline)
Maintenance and trouble shooting of all field instrument & valve.
Responsible for pre & final loop checking.
Erection, dismantling, Re, installation of field instruments. & valve
Responsible for Loop checking, Trouble shooting, pre-commissioning,
commissioning and maintenance activities.
Understanding & interpreting of P&ID and ILD diagram, Hookup diagram, Loop
wiring diagram Instrument specification sheets and control panel drawing, JB
details & cable layout drawing.
Test, calibrates and reinstalls repaired instruments and maintains records such as
calibration sheet log book, discrepancy reports as per set procedures
Suggests new means of improving the performance and lifetime of the instruments
and control equipment
Field bus protocol, testing of ESD loop with Bentley Nevada system (vibration)
Gauges: All type of Pressure, Flow, Level Temperature and Differential gauges
2. Switches: Pressure/Flow/Level/Temperature/Differential pressure of Foxboro, Magnetrol, and UE
Ashcroft.
1 Good Hand well as field Calibration using 375 FIELD COMMUNICATOR Maintenance and
Troubleshooting HART&FFB of Differential Pressure type Transmitters including FLOW, PDT &
LEVEL Transmitters as well as on Control Valves of different manufacturers such as Dresser
Masoneilan & Metso Automation.
2 During the erection and pre-commissioning of heavy MCC panel checking performed following jobs.
3 Loop testing panel to panel & panel to field.
4 Auto tank radar gauge installation &configuration.
5 Transmitter & control valve calibration checking with hand pump/ process calibrator.
6 Communicator that provide communication link to all hart compatible, micro processor base
instrument.
7 Confirmation availability of INPUTS alarms & switches DCS coming from field against alarm & trip
set-point list and P&ID.
