Fausto Gennaro Favia is a building engineer and architect born in 1989 in Italy. He graduated from Polytechnic University of Bari in 2017 with a Master's in Building Engineering - Architecture. His thesis focused on assessing building flexibility using BIM. He currently works as a collaborator designer at SMALL, an architecture and landscape lab, where he implements BIM in design practices. His strengths include problem solving, teamwork, flexibility and fast learning.
