I am in charge of a small design team, managing resources and workload, checking
younger stuff work and mentoring them. I coordinate other consulting companies and
surveyor’s teams on the bigger schemes.
I lease with some of the key clients and attending to social events to expand our network
and meet new clients.
I prepare quotes and bids for the civil team and support other disciplines in their bids. I am
in change of the financial side of the schemes, in particularly cost control and invoicing.
I am one the “commercial champions” of the company; I am working closely with the
commercial directors to discuss commercial/ financial matters.
