My experiences are focuses in the implementation of HSE procedure in vertical and horizontal constructions
such as: excavation, working in confine space, electrical, lock-out/tag-out, hot works (grinding, welding and

Implementthe Project’sHSEplan, Assist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site
activitiesduringparticularly difficultorhazardousworksituations. Review method of statements (MS) in line
with the site and municipal or government safety requirements and safety code of practice. Determining
causesof unsafe actand unsafe condition during safety walk and safety monitoring, advise supervisor about
the compliance and provide recommendation via verbal instruction and formal report. Investigate all
accidents, incident and near miss that had occurred and provide proper reporting in accordance with the
company policy and client requirements. Ensures that all subcontractors have been screened accordingly to
safety criteria and that they have in place an acceptable Safety & Health Program and that they adhere to it.
