SYNOPSIS
 An astute professional with over 5 years of experience in HSE and On Shore Drilling ;

per criteria of lifting equipment, monthly inspections for alarms and critical safety equipment

Duties And Responsibilities
 Implement Client and Company Safety Policy and ensure the Third Party Compliance as per company policy.
 Implementing safe Systems of w ork
 Ensure that JSA is in place and it is analyzed before the job is started.
 Assist in the drafting and implementation of the company HSE program, during job planning and ensure that the program is being
carried out.
 Helping Line Management on risk assessment at w ork place and equipment.
 Administration of PTW system for Hot Work, Confined Space Area, Live Circuit Access, diesel transfer, Radio Active and General cold
w ork Permits.
 Conduct HSE training for crew and maintain the training records so as to enable efficient racking of each employee's competence.
 Refresh personnel training according to safe w ork practices, correct operational procedures, use of SCBA and safety equipment care
and maintenance.
 Taking prompt response to all reports of unsafe conditions, unsafe activities, accidents and near misses w hich are received f rom
subordinates and other persons.
 Taking prompt corrective action and advising senior management accordingly w ith regard to unsafe/unhealthy procedures, methods,
facilities, equipment and environmental hazard. Participation in the follow up and close out of inspection/audit findings.

2.  Assuring that the w orkforce and subcontractors make correct use of personal protective clothing/equipment and that the items so used
are suitably rated w ith consideration to the hazards involved.
 Investigation and reporting all the incident, accidents and near misses.
 Assuring that safety and emergency equipment, w hether portable or installed, is maintained in a safe operable condition and that such
equipment is correctly used. Participation in HSE meetings w ith w orkforce, and w here applicable, w ith other persons, such as clients,
other contractors, subcontractors and vendor representatives
Inspections
 Follow ing all inspections and audits of ARAMCO(QSI, BSI, ANNUAL safety inspections of rig
 Performing daily/w eekly/monthly inspections of all safety equipments as per schedules
 Carrying out spot checks on issued PTW to ensure safe systems of w ork being adhered.
 Drops inspection is held throughout rig site to ensure that employees are free from any drop object falling from heights.
 Fire pump inspection every w eek is run and kept ready for any kind of fire emergencies.
 Inspect all safety equipment in daily w eekly and monthly basis such as lanyard fall arrestor inspection, H2S alrams,SCBA, lifting gear
,fire extinguishers and all portable gas detectors.
 coordinate w ith base and arrange for third party to calibrate and inspect all gas detection system
