 Responsible for the yearly recruitment plan and its implementation in
coordination with the department heads and the GM.
 Responsible for all the hiring process starting from posting the job vacancy,
screening & selecting the proper candidates, conducting the required
interviews, preparing the Job offers & the employment contracts
 Responsible for the new hires orientation program.
 Training and Development:
 Coordinate with the managers and employees to identify the training needs
and set the yearly training plan based on the employees needs in collaboration
with the line managers.
 Responsible for implementing and arranging the training procedures according
to the plan and provides trainings offers relevant to the employees’ and
