Looking for an strategic and operative position with responsibility for leading and managing an or-
ganization, program or project against clear targets and a long-term vision in order to increase the
organization's business value. Preferably in an organization in need of change management and busi-
ness and process development.

Results-oriented leader and coach with many years experience in business and personnel manage-
ment, both in Sweden and internationally. Has a broad and long skill in IT and telecommunications.

 Carried out comprehensive change management with the objective to create clear responsibilities,
   mission and business goals.

                 become a "Centre of Excellence” in Project Management and Project Portfolio
                 Management.

                 Hotsipplatform. Among the partners who were recruited was Wipro in India,
                 ENEAConsulting in Sweden, AU-System in France and Deimos Space in Spain.

                 the development and delivery of an automatic train protection system, ATC.
1993-1999   Ericsson
            Ericsson is one of the world's largest suppliers of mobile and fixed network solutions.

                Drove, in collaboration with the HR department, the mission to ensure that a
                 consistent review of skills and development plans were made for all 750
                 employees of Wireline Systems Solutions, in order to be able to adapt skills to
                 new market requirements.
            Head of Project Management Office: Shanghai, China
                Participated in the start-up and establishment of a new software development
                 centre in Shanghai, China.
                Responsible for the set-up of a project office with overall responsibility for all
                 software projects.
                Participated actively in the management team and worked with various
                 operational and strategic issues.
                Adapted and implemented the Ericsson project management process.
                Trained and implemented development and team-oriented work.

 approximately 150,000 man-hours, and development was done in 13
                 design centres.

                Assisted the senior project manager for Ericssons’ next
                 versionofthelocaltelephone exchange. The project consisted of 10 sub-projects, a
