Position Logistics supervisor
Description Supervise day to day logistical activities with both Iranian and Expatriate customers
based on Kish, including coordinating all crew changes.
Responsible for the strict financial control of all MIS activities on Kish whilst
adhering to both internal accounting procedures and all Iranian legal requirements.
This will be done via a petty cash system and local bank account. All aspects of
finance should be within the set financial limits, which are provided separately.
Develop and maintain contact with key personnel both for current and potential
customers on Kish and ensure a high quality service is provided on a 24/7 basis.
To ensure that all day to day logistics activities are carried out correctly.
Demonstrate a serious commitment, at all times, to the M-I QHSE Management
system and mentor all staff to ensure QHSE remains a number one priority.
To be responsible for M-I Services Inventory on Kish.
Managing and supervising current contracts and ensuring good contact with both
established and potential customers based on Kish.
Ensure safety, discipline and motivation of all personnel, by setting an example that
all can follow, and leading where required.
Be responsible for recruitment of new personnel (when required), with approval from
Senior Management/HR.
Ensure all Reporting is completed and submitted on a Timely Basis
Develop a ONE TEAM approach and philosophy that will ensure good
communications and cooperation between all Departments and the rest of M-I
Services organization, both in Tehran and Dubai.
Manage close cost control of all activities and if extraordinary costs are encountered,
ensure that this is reported immediately to the Sales and Engineering Manager.
